Description
We're seeking a sharp and dynamic Global Technology Procurement Business Partner for both a strategic and tactical role to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and purchasing technology-related products and services, such as software, hardware, IT services, cloud services, networking, and more.
The position combines independent work with teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the procurement of all technology-related products and services.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with vendors and monitor vendor's performance
- Conduct sourcing projects and provide category intelligence and benchmarks
- Handle vendor's contracts and negotiating terms
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Identify and initiate new cost reduction initiatives to achieve company goals
- Track and control purchase orders and lead streamlining processes
Requirements
- 4+ years experience as a tactical and strategic tech buyer from a global tech product company - SaaS / Cloud.
- Proven ability to source and to negotiate with vendors in Israel, US, EMEA & APAC.
- Strong negotiations skills and contractual knowledge, to review, lead and manage procurement contracts
- Proven track record of executing cost reduction initiatives
- Work experience with a procurement-management system - a must (Zip/Pivot - an advantage)
- Fluent written and spoken English
