AI Tech Lead
Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary AI Tech Lead to lead our AI initiatives and drive the development of our automated data collection technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading AI teams and developing AI models from scratch, with a deep understanding of learning methodologies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for AI-driven innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and expand our AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Oversee the research, development, and deployment of AI models that automate and enhance our data collection processes.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to integrate AI technologies into our platform.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, applying them to solve complex problems and improve our offerings.
- Develop and implement best practices for the full AI model development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new AI methodologies and tools to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI solutions.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing AI teams.
- Extensive experience in developing AI models from scratch, including hands-on experience with various learning methodologies.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture principles.
- Proven ability to translate business challenges into AI/ML driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with web data collection technologies and challenges - a plus.

Assistant Controller
Description
Responsibilities
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reviewing and preparing journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports for monthly consolidation, including flux analysis and additional data required by the corporate reporting package.
- Support annual audits.
- Provide support and guidance to bookkeepers on accounting matters.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience as an assistant controller in a global high-tech company
- CPA BIG-4 alumnus
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent English
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment
- Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience preparing monthly reported package – an advantage
- Experience in US GAAP – an advantage
- Priority experience – an advantage

Description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director with a background in e-commerce to grow the sales of Bright Insights to retailers, marketplaces and brands across the USA.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end direct sales of Bright Insights into retailers, marketplaces and brands
- Build your pipe, from lead generation to closing deals - you must be a hunter!
- Use data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally to successfully and promptly deliver on customer requirements
- Work with Marketing to optimize strategy for customer acquisition
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements
- At least 5 years of B2B SaaS experience selling e-commerce or analytics solutions
- Proven success in managing and executing sales cycles of $50-$500K+ in value
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding annual sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent consultative sales skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
