Description
We’re seeking an experienced and well-connected Director of Worldwide Channel Partners to build and lead both the global channel strategy and the operational set-up from scratch, reporting directly to our CRO.
This is a high-impact and very strategic role aimed at driving revenue growth and geographic expansion across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas through strategic partner-driven sales.

Responsibilities
- Build and lead Bright Data’s global channel strategy from the ground up, aligned with business goals.
- Identify, recruit, and manage strategic partners (VARs, system integrators, tech alliances) across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
- Design and launch scalable partner programs, including incentives, enablement, and joint GTM initiatives.
- Develop strong relationships with partners serving Fortune 500 and high-tech clients.
- Enable partners to deliver solutions for dynamic pricing, ad tech, LLM training, and agentic AI use cases.
- Drive partner-led revenue growth and geographic expansion into new verticals and markets.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver partner-ready solutions.
- Lead technical enablement and knowledge transfer on Bright Data’s infrastructure, including real-time data ingestion, video/audio datasets, and AI model support.
- Act as the internal voice of the partner ecosystem, ensuring alignment, innovation, and long-term success.
Requirements
- 10+ years in channel/partner leadership roles, including global scope.
- Proven success scaling partner programs in B2B tech, ideally in data infrastructure, AI/ML, or cloud platforms.
- Experience working with complex technical solutions such as data pipelines, ML environments, or large-scale data ingestion.
- Strong network of VARs, SIs, and tech partners in enterprise and high-tech markets.
- Solid understanding of data collection technologies, cloud architectures, and AI-driven solutions, including real-time data ingestion, video/audio datasets, dynamic pricing, ad tech, and LLM training workflows.
- A strategic, execution-driven leader with strong communication skills and proven ability to drive alignment, influence stakeholders, and lead complex partner negotiations.
- Willing to travel internationally as needed.
