We are committed to creating a positive impact across environmental, social, and governance (ESG) dimensions. This policy outlines our dedication to environmental stewardship, employee well-being, ethical practices, and social impact.

We support projects aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals to create a positive global impact. Our core areas of focus are Environment and Sustainability, Digital Innovation, Transparency, and Regulation, Gender Equality, Health and Wellbeing, Labor, Economy, and Growth, Human Rights and Hate and Discrimination.

Environmental Responsibility
We prioritize sustainable practices to reduce our environmental impact:
- Carbon Neutrality: We are committed to offsetting emissions and achieving net zero by continuously calculating and monitoring our environmental footprint using the carbon calculation tool, Normative.
- Disposables and Recycling: In our offices, we prioritize reducing waste by minimizing the use of disposables and maintaining a recycling system to ensure recyclable materials are appropriately processed.
- Sustainable Partnerships: Bright Data, through The Bright Initiative, collaborates with a wide range of organizations dedicated to tackling environmental challenges by leveraging data-driven tools and support. These partnerships span diverse causes, from advancing sustainable energy solutions to promoting circular waste management and clean energy transitions. For example, we work with Ambient, which drives the adoption of electrified heating and cooling solutions in the UK, and Horizon App, which helps individuals embrace sustainable living through localized recycling tools. Additionally, we support initiatives like Scetti, which is spearheading India’s transition away from coal-powered electricity through comprehensive data insights. These are just a few of the impactful collaborations that reflect our commitment to environmental responsibility.

- Employee Recognition: Celebrating the achievements and contributions of both the company and its employees through transparent communication and regular announcements.
